How we cook
Chicken and pork sit in our jerk marinade overnight, then go on the grill. Oxtail braises for hours with butter beans. Patties are baked through the day so the one you get is warm. The hot sauce is ours, and yes, it creeps up on you.
Students eat for $7
Show a student ID and jerk chicken, jerk pork, BBQ jerk chicken or curry chicken is $7 with rice and peas.
